Business owners and brokers only pay as they grow. Every paid plan includes a monthly allowance of completed Proof of Funds Verifications, team seats, and no long-term contracts.
You're only charged a verification when a buyer successfully completes a Proof of Funds Verification. Sending an invitation or an incomplete request never counts toward your monthly allowance.

When financial readiness matters, BuyerPass gives deal owners a standardized way to confirm that a buyer meets an opportunity's requirement, without requiring the buyer to send account statements or balances directly.
Pricing questions
Is BuyerPass really free for buyers?
Yes. Buyers never pay to use BuyerPass. Buyers can build a BuyerPass Profile, define Acquisition Criteria, express interest, and use BuyerPass without a subscription fee. Paid plans apply only to brokers and sellers.
Is there a free deal-owner plan?
Yes. The Starter plan is free with no credit card required. It includes one active listing, 5 Unveils per month, a public deal-owner profile, and active distribution to the BuyerPass buyer network. Starter includes no monthly Proof of Funds Verification allowance, and additional completed verifications are $8 each.
What counts as a completed verification?
A verification counts only when a buyer successfully completes Proof of Funds Verification for an opportunity. Only completed verifications count toward your monthly allowance, and allowances do not roll over between months.
What happens if a buyer does not finish verification?
Nothing is charged. If a buyer starts but does not complete Proof of Funds Verification, it does not count toward your monthly allowance and you are never billed for it.
Can I purchase additional verifications?
Yes. You can complete additional Proof of Funds Verifications at $8 each on Starter, $6 each on Basic, $5 each on Professional, and $4 each on Advantage.
Can I change plans?
Yes. All plans are billed monthly with no long-term contracts. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the current billing period, while downgrades and changes to the free Starter plan take effect at the end of the current billing period. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time as your needs change.
How many users are included?
Starter includes up to 3 team members, Basic up to 4, and Professional and Advantage up to 5. On paid plans, you can add more team members at $15 per user per month.
Do buyers or deal owners see account balances?
No. Proof of Funds Verification confirms whether a buyer meets the requirement set for an opportunity and returns a clear outcome. Deal owners receive a limited verification outcome, not specific account balances, statements, or login credentials.
