  • For Buyers

Build credibility, define what you want to acquire, and receive relevant opportunities.

  • For Brokers and Advisors

Standardize buyer intake, invite buyers you already know to a specific opportunity, and spend less time manually screening.

  • For Sellers

Connect with serious buyers while protecting confidential information and controlling the process.

Why BuyerPass

Less repetition. Better information. Faster conversations.

BuyerPass replaces fragmented buyer profiles, repetitive screening, and unnecessary financial-document sharing with a more consistent acquisition workflow for buyers, brokers, and sellers.

Relevant matching

Structured Acquisition Criteria surface better-fit opportunities and help deal owners evaluate buyer interest more efficiently.

One consistent buyer identity

Buyers build one reusable BuyerPass Profile. Brokers and sellers can review consistent information instead of piecing together scattered details.

More controlled disclosure

Buyers can share a professional profile before sending sensitive information. Deal owners can better assess fit before moving to confidential materials.

Faster, better-informed conversations

Less time is spent re-explaining and re-screening, so every side can reach the right conversation sooner.

The fragmented process

Too much time is lost before the real conversation begins.

Buyers repeatedly explain who they are and what they want. Brokers and sellers sort through inconsistent profiles, scattered documents, and interest that may not fit. BuyerPass gives every side a clearer, more consistent starting point.

Where time gets lost today

  • Buyers repeat the same profile and criteria across opportunities.
  • Brokers and advisors manually screen inconsistent buyer information.
  • Sellers risk sharing sensitive information before understanding buyer fit and readiness.

What BuyerPass gives every side

  • One reusable BuyerPass Profile.
  • Structured matching based on Acquisition Criteria.
  • Clearer buyer readiness when a deal requires it.
Your BuyerPass Profile

One reusable profile and clear Acquisition Criteria

Buyers build a single BuyerPass Profile and define the industries, locations, size, and financing that fit their search. It is one identity you own and control, and share on your terms, without rebuilding it for every opportunity.

  • BuyerPass Profile: background, experience, and how you present as a buyer
  • Acquisition Criteria: industries, locations, size, and financing method
  • BuyerPass Strength: how complete and substantiated your profile is
  • Shareability: your ability to present a consistent, complete profile to deal owners

A better acquisition network

Better information creates better connections.

Buyer profiles and structured Acquisition Criteria help BuyerPass surface relevant opportunities and give deal owners a consistent way to evaluate interest. When financial qualification matters, it can be requested privately for that specific opportunity.

  • Structured Acquisition Criteria

Buyers define industries, size, geography, and deal preferences once, in a consistent structure deal owners can actually compare.

  • Relevant opportunity matching

BuyerPass surfaces opportunities that fit a buyer’s criteria, so deal owners see interest that is more likely to be a real fit.

  • Expressions of interest

Buyers express interest in specific opportunities, giving brokers and sellers a clearer, more consistent way to evaluate and respond.

Key concepts

Four distinct parts, one system

These pieces work together but do different jobs. Understanding the difference makes the workflow clear.

BuyerPass Strength

A percentage indicator of how complete and substantiated a buyer’s profile is. It means profile completeness and readiness. It is not a measure of financial capacity, a credit score, a financing approval, or a measure of solvency, and it is not calculated from financial-account data.

Shareability

A buyer’s ability to present a consistent, complete profile to deal owners. Buyers stay in control of what they share and with whom. It is not a financial qualification metric and does not disclose balances or financial records.

Match Score

Match Score shows how closely a buyer’s Acquisition Criteria align with a specific opportunity. It helps buyers and deal owners identify where a conversation may be worth having.

Proof of Funds Verification

Confirms whether a buyer meets a specific opportunity’s liquidity requirement. It returns a limited outcome and does not reveal account balances, statements, or login credentials to the deal owner.

Strength, Shareability, and Match Score describe profile readiness and relevance; they are not financial assessments. Proof of Funds Verification does not reveal balances or full financial records to the deal owner, and does not guarantee financing, solvency, or the completion of a transaction.

Buyer readiness

Move forward with more confidence.

When financial readiness matters, BuyerPass gives deal owners a standardized way to confirm that a buyer meets an opportunity's requirement, without requiring the buyer to send account statements or balances directly.

Clear requirements

Deal owners set the eligible-liquidity requirement for each opportunity.

Verified through Plaid

Buyers connect eligible accounts through Plaid for a standardized review.

Limited disclosure

Deal owners receive a clear outcome, not account balances, statements, or login credentials.

Less manual review

Replace screenshots and inconsistent documents with one repeatable workflow.

Buyer choice

Verification is requested only for a specific opportunity when financial readiness matters.

Faster next steps

Clearer readiness signals help the right conversations move forward more efficiently.

FAQ

Common questions about BuyerPass

How BuyerPass works for buyers, brokers, advisors, and sellers, and what stays private.

Is BuyerPass free for buyers?

Yes. Buyers create a BuyerPass Profile, define Acquisition Criteria, discover relevant opportunities, and express interest at no cost. Paid plans are for deal owners, including brokers, advisors, and sellers, who list opportunities and review buyers.

How does BuyerPass match buyers with opportunities?

Buyers define structured Acquisition Criteria, including industries, size, geography, and deal preferences. BuyerPass uses that criteria to surface relevant opportunities to buyers and to give deal owners a consistent way to compare interest and fit.

What do brokers and sellers see?

When a buyer expresses interest, deal owners see the buyer’s BuyerPass Profile, Acquisition Criteria fit, and readiness signals such as BuyerPass Strength. They do not see account balances or financial documents. Deal-specific financial qualification is only shared when the deal owner requests it and the buyer completes it.

When is Proof of Funds Verification required?

It is not required to join BuyerPass, discover matches, or express interest. Proof of Funds Verification is a deal-specific step a deal owner can request for a particular opportunity when financial qualification matters.

Does BuyerPass disclose account balances or financial documents?

No. Financial accounts are connected through Plaid, and BuyerPass never shares your login credentials, account numbers, or full statements. When you complete Proof of Funds Verification, the deal owner sees a limited outcome, such as Requirement Met, not your underlying balances.

Can sellers use BuyerPass without a broker?

Yes. Sellers can list an opportunity directly, connect with serious buyers, and control what is shared and when, while keeping confidential information protected until a buyer is a genuine fit.

Can brokers invite buyers they already know?

Yes. Brokers can invite a buyer from their CRM, contact list, or another marketplace to review one specific opportunity. The buyer can respond before Proof of Funds is requested.

Start with a better connection.

Whether you are buying, advising, or selling, BuyerPass gives you a more consistent and private way to move an acquisition forward.
